Product / Approvals & roles

One inbox for every decision, and the right people making them.

Requests from staff land in a single queue. Give managers only the areas they look after, so they can approve what is theirs without seeing everyone’s salary.

Approvals

Everything that needs a yes or no.

Each request opens with what you need to decide, and the outcome updates attendance, leave or salary for you.

Leave

Type, dates, half day and reason, with the person’s balance. Approve or reject with a note.

Selfie check-ins

When selfie approval is on, the day is marked only once a manager accepts the photo.

Salary revisions

A proposed change to someone’s pay, for you to approve or turn down.

Probation

Probation reviews for new joiners, decided in the same place.

Expenses

Spending staff report, reviewed before it is accepted.

Reimbursements

Claims for the expense kinds you allow, paid back with salary once approved.

Roles

Four roles, with managers scoped by area.

Every action is checked against the person’s role on our servers, not just hidden in the app.

Teams and businesses

Organised the way your business is.

Group staff into departments such as Kitchen, Counter or Sales, and see how many people are in each. If you run more than one business, switch between them with one sign-in.

  • Departments you name and manage.
  • Up to 5 businesses on the Elite plan, each with its own staff and settings.
  • Staff join with a 6-digit code that is single-use and expires after 48 hours.
