Pricing questions
Is GST included in the price?
No. Prices are before 18% GST, which is added at checkout. A Prime plan for a month is ₹699 + ₹125.82 GST = ₹824.82.
How do I pay?
In the app, with UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app), a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) or net banking.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Only if you pay by auto-debit. Then it renews every billing period until you cancel, which you must do at least 7 days before the due date. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Which plan should I choose?
Pick by the number of staff you have: up to 10 on Lite, up to 50 on Prime, up to 200 on Elite. Choose Elite for managers with their own access, or more than one business.
How does yearly billing save money?
A year costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. If another business referred you, their code adds 2 more months to your first yearly plan.
Can I get a refund?
No. All payments are final and non-refundable, including auto-debit renewals that were not cancelled in time. Please choose your plan carefully, and ask us first if you are unsure.
