StaffPrime is software provided online by Qubelex Private Limited. This policy explains how plans you buy are delivered.
No physical shipping
We do not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How plans are delivered
- Plans are bought inside the StaffPrime app and paid through our payment partners.
- Your plan is activated on your business account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- You can see your active plan and its end date in the app. A payment confirmation is shown in the app and sent by the payment provider.
- The Service is available anywhere you have an internet connection, through the Android app and the web app at web.staffprime.in.
If your plan isn’t active
If your payment went through but your plan isn’t active within 24 hours, email [email protected] with the payment reference and we will activate it for the period you paid for. See also our refund and cancellation policy.
