Before you write
A staff member can’t check in
Check that location is on and they are within the allowed distance of a pinned place. If the phone reports an imprecise location, stepping near a window or outside usually helps.
An invite code doesn’t work
Codes are valid for 48 hours and work once. Create a new code for them in the app and share it again.
The salary looks wrong
Open the payslip to see the paid days and each line. If a day is marked wrongly, correct it in the attendance register and the salary updates.
